Residendial Real Estate...Are you too late?
By: Sheron Cardin

It Feels Like It Doesn't It!
I have been around for a few of these real estate cycles and will be around for a few more if I'm lucky. I remember when my mortgage was less than what you would pay for rent on an apartment on the wrong side of town.
Yes...I believe the buying and selling frenzy is over and the cream appears to be skimmed from the top of the carton. So! Real people still need to move for all the other reasons in life like jobs, family, size, health, and so on. Do not despair...prepare! We who are left to wheel and deal are still the majority and we will be doing business with each other as always.

Buying and selling your home is still big business...you can make thousands of dollars from your efforts or you can loose thousands of dollars if you do nothing to prepare your house before you put it on the market. The competition is very real.

It doesn't take long (about a week) and it doesn't really cost you much more than some paint (unless your home is in need of some major repairs) to get your house ready to sell. It just takes some hard work and really great guidance to turn things around and put your fears to rest. The process is called Homestaging!

Homestaging is the thorough process of decluttering and renewing your homes surfaces inside and out, then rearranging what you already have into a professional presentation. Detaching from your home is one of the most difficult things most people face. Step-by-step instructions will get you through it fast and effectively. The homestaging process is essential to the profitable success of the sale of your home in the pending residential resale climate.

Just a note of advise: The most important opportunity you will have to sell your house is the day of the realtor walk through!

Do-it-Yourself Homestaging Instructions is for everyone.
