Life these days can get incredibly taxing. Every morning we are faced with the inevitable rush hour traffic, and most of the times our days usually end with mounds of paper work and deadlines. The constant movement, changes and even the adding technological disruptions can alter a person's mood and behavior for the worst.

It seems that everyone has either gone moody or pessimistic, and that is such a depressing thought to conjure in this fleeting time we have on earth. A better and more ideal scenario would be days filled with random moments of laughter and great cheer. Wouldn't it be nice if we can afford happiness in a box?

Happiness in a bouquet

Well, as incredulous as it may sound, you can buy happiness. Recent findings haveshown that plants and flowers have an instantaneous and unmistakable positive affect on people that have them in their surroundings. It seems that being exposed to a simple bouquet of flowers or plants can illicit a great deal of happiness and content in a person's whole personality and it's not that hard to imagine why.

Do you remember those random days where you set off a different route to work or school, and in happenstance you were rewarded with a fields of gorgeous blooms of roses and daisies? Doesn't that very idea just makes you feel giddy and instantaneously uplifted?

Pick me up some flowers

A great way to start and end your day is to pick up a bouquet of flowers along the way. Just the sight of hundreds of various blooms in a florist's shop would make anyone itch to take one home.

Place it beside your bedroom table and know that when morning comes, the gorgeous flowers will instantly help make your day better.

Plant some happiness in your work

If your work stresses you out, why not try and get a bouquet or two of flowers, or even a simple potted plant tucked away in the corner of your office table.

Studies have shown that a great deal of positive changes and an improved work ethic is possible when a person is surrounded by flowers and plants.
